Useless

Useless doesn't even describe the service. If I could rate them -5☆I would. Ordered 3 items 28 March. Only 1 was on pre-order. When I finally got hold of them 2 weeks after my order they advised that 2 items were now on pre-order. Rodisang promised she will phone me that same day with feedback. SHE DIDN'T. After waiting another week tried to phone them again, no luck. Send a "contact us" mail. The next day Ishmael phoned back & promised that I will receive my order within a week. That was suppose to be last week. Now this week can't get hold of them via phone, send a "contact us" mail AND send a mail this morning to online orders. But nothing....I'm not sure what to do. Why are they ignoring their customers? I just want to know what is happening!!!!!???????
