Urgent Complaint Regarding Defective Washing Machine

I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality at Fair Price. I purchased three items in cash from your store in July last year, including a washing machine that comes with a one-year guarantee.

Unfortunately, the washing machine began having problems in January this year, less than six months after purchase. I reported the issue at your Chrishani Crossing, Vosloorus store and requested an exchange. However, the store manager refused my request.

Technicians from Defy inspected the machine and claimed there was no problem. One of the technicians even provided his contact number, asking me to reach out if the issue persisted. By February, the problem worsened, and I sent him a video documenting the fault. He assured me that they would come over the weekend to address it, but no one has come, and as of today, the machine is completely non-functional.

This situation is unacceptable. I request immediate action to either repair or replace the washing machine, in line with the one-year guarantee. Please advise on the next steps as a matter of urgency.
