Unsatisfied and frustrated

I bought a couch at fair price on 3 August 2021, in Attredgeville, next to attlyn mall, the couch was delivered on 5 August 2021,and I received it, because I was in a rush, busy with moving to my resent residence I didn't check the couch properly, and when I was packing it the following day i realized it was missing 2 sitting cushions and I contacted the driver who delivered, who then said I must go to the shop, I went back to the shop because he doesn't have the cushions, and explained my problem, i was told they will call their warehouse and the drivers manager to sort it out, but on 23 Aug 2021 I received a msg to say warehouse said they can't help me, and nw I don't know what to do to get those cushions, because nw that couch can't be utilized without the cushions. I am frustrated because I paid for it.
