Unsatisfactory customer service

Last year October I bought a refrigirator cash, only to find out that it's water dispenser is faulty.<br> I tried to make arrangements for it to be repaird, till today with no success.<br> <br> Please help me as I cannot tolerate such a bad after sale service.<br> <br> Kind regards
