Unreliable & unprofessional

Fairprice Mafikeng The Crossing, i have become a victim of purchasing a couche from this shop. What was supposed to become an excitement has become a nightmare. I have purchased a couche on the 20th of May and settled the balance on the 31st May. Until today i haven't received the Couche. It is a 3rd week now. I find. Fairprice being unreliable and not to be trusted because of the empty promises i have been given about their supplier delivering the stock. They do not know what customer care is. Pathetic and unprofessional. Would not recommend or urge anyone to buy from Fair price especially when they do not have stock.
