Unprofessionalism of Fair Price furniture

Hi Hellopeter I bought a 3 Piece Wardrobe at Fair Price as an online purchase for R1550(R1350 + R250 for delivery) on the 25th of May 2024 & it showed that there's stock available so I purchased it & got an order number as a confirmation and selected the 29th of May 2024 for the delivery date. I also was the one who constantly called them inquiring on how far is the Wardrobe & the consultant(Melusi Mngomezulu) told me that they are still assembling it & promised me that they'll notify me when they're done with it of which they never did. So today the 4th of June after constantly calling them with my own airtime they tell me that there's no stock available at the warehouse for the Wardrobe. Please step in & help me on this matter as they're gonna refund me in the next 3-5 working days,they must also include the airtime money I've been calling them with because I'm not calling them for free Please intervene,thank you.
