Unprofessionalism at best

Dear Fair Price Team,I'm reaching out regarding an order I placed with you on 28/03/2024, with the invoice number 631092. Despite sending numerous emails seeking an update, I've received no feedback. As a loyal customer, I'm becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the lack of communication from your team. I urgently require an update today, or I'll be forced to cancel my order, request a refund, and seek an alternative supplier. I have proof of my attempts to contact your team and would appreciate a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.I need to know when they will be reaching me as all communication platforms I’ve used have failed as I’m not getting a response. If I’m not contacted today I will be reporting you guys and will be requesting a refund of my funds immediately.
