Unprofessional poor Customer Service

I still don’t feel Good about this one star I gave. I swear to God the level of professionalism is lacking in this business. Go to the store complain and your issue won’t be resolved you are only given excuses that you don’t even want to hear. It has been more than 21 days now since my last purchase and still no delivery. 9 December no response or update from them. Even when you call the head office they won’t pick up your call. It is sad to experience such a pathetic service even a Tuck shop gives better service than this because they help with a smile and and wants you to come back. I regret the day I walked through your door. Think twice before you visit this store or stay for month without your delivery.
