UNPROFESSIONAL ONLINE RETURNS

Bought a cupboard online. The delivery guy took the wrapping off and left with it. After inspecting the insides we found some damage. Immediately phoned the driver back and requested a return online. The return lady said without the plastic original packaging they can't return it. I gave her camera footage of how the driver left with the wrapping and I dont have it anymore they just said sorry the driver told them he was told to leave with it and they just believe him over me. I bought a few things from them but never again.
