Unprofessional customer service from fair price southgate

I purchase an oven set from fair price southgate and when we opened the box they delivered we seen that it was the incorrect oven set and we also realized the the oven was damaged. We went to the store to dispute this and we were told by the assistant supervisor that we will not receive a refund and they will not provide or change for the correct oven set. This goes against the consumer act as I'm sitting with no oven or my refund. Their service levels are disgraceful and unprofessional.
