Unprofessional and unreliable

I ordered online on 25 November 2023 delivery was to be on 29 November to this day 16 December am still waiting for ANY update from them. I sent emails on the No response. Called and no one picks up. Who knows when I'm gonna get my stuff. Now I will go on holiday without my items delivered 😢
