Unprofessional and nonchalant about faulty fridge

I bought my fridge on 26 September, to my surprise the bottom part did not close snd I called logged the issue and wrote an email till this day my issues has not been resolved my emails are ignored. The online store personnel Melusi Ngomezulu is very unprofessional and nonchalant about the frustration and inconvenience this has caused and cost me. They started with delaying my order by a number of days . This is absolutely unacceptable! I also reached out to them via Facebook DM they are pretending to want to help but in actual fact are doing nothing about it! I don't recommend anyone to buy from them their service is atrocious to say the least! The worst decision in my life! I wish to never ever in my life ever have anything to do with it and I'll make sure I tell anyone ane everyone who is willing to listen to not buy from there because its not worth it! What a horrible unprofessional business that's run worse than a spada shop!
