Unprofessional

I would like to report a Fairprice furniture shop based in Protea South in Soweto on their incompetence and carelessness. A sales guy by the name of Mandela sold me a TV units stands last week Saturday without my knowledge, I only got to learn about that when I enquired about the delivery via a phone call. I paid for it in cash but no one has took it upon themselves to Co tact me after this chaos. I have paid but I don't have a stand, I just called them now twice the phone is ringing off the hook. IT GOES ON TO SHOW THAT THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER ORINTATED AND *********** TO MYDISMAY. Am now waiting like a fool yet they have my money
