Unhappy with the service

I bought a double bed at fair price, and it was incomplete reported it on the 15 December 2017 spoke to the branch manager sithembiso ,he is a useless manager I'm still waiting on the feedback from him then called the regional manager worse he didn't help still waiting on him they don't deserve that positions fair price should fire them regional manager name is nahiem
