unhappy with service

Good day I had a layby with Fair price Sliverton, and I made card and cash payments. Unfortunately, the day I checked my balance, the only balance that reflected were the ones made by card. Unfortunately, on my side I lost my receipts of the cash payments. I was rather upset. But I am also to blame for not keeping my receipts safe. But the experience was not satisfactory because I was under the impression that my layby card was being swapped when I make payments.
