Unhappy customer

Worse company ever, bought a tv stand on one of their store in pretoria sunnyside, took it home to assemble it my self only to find out some of the scree is missing, and some parts did not have holes in i wanted them to grill for me telling me that its not their responsibility and once the store leaves the store they not liable to it and i asked to speak to the manager and couldnt help me. I asked for a refund because i cant have an item that has a missing parts and no holes to ***** the do handle, i asked for a refund but was told that i have to wait for two weeks for refund to be processed as the were other customers waiting for refund and i was surprised as to how is that possible since i know the refund process as i work at retail. So just want to let others be aware of the service they offer to their customers and that the dont value their customers and the staff and management are so rude.
