Unhappy customer

I went to Fair Price Store today at Tlhabane square, in Rustenburg to cancel a Layby. When I arrived at the Store I found a lady who said her name is Given. The lady asked me the reason for Layby cancellation, I told her that I won’t be able to pay as I’m no longer working. She gave me an attitude and told me that “You will have to take something else with the money that you’ve paid because we don’t refund!”

I asked her to show me the Terms and Conditions of the Layby, she rep**** “Didn’t you sign on the screen when you were making a layby? Who was helping you???” With an attitude !!!!

She was even speaking to me while sitting down, folding her arms, even rolling her eyes when talking!! Her attitude is disgusting!!!

I was shocked and disappointed. The sad part is that I was so humble when talking to her, I wasn’t even raising a voice nor giving her a unacceptable behaviour.

Honestly speaking her Customer service is bad, very bad!!!
