Unhappy customer

Hey there.... I've recently returned my furniture that I bought at Fair Price Bara Square Johannesburg. It's already a week now and I haven't got my refund of which I need pay my rent with. When I go to them or call them they keep on telling me that they waiting for the driver to get the furniture from the ware house for 7days already. I'm really not a happy client and don't see myself buying something from Fair Price ever. I even called the head office but they only took my name and number. ********** 001 is my number if fair price decides to let me pay my rent they can call me there.
