Unhappy customer

I'm so disappointed and angry with the service I received from one of your drivers driving a white Hyundai H100 JX57PG-GP, the guy who was on the passenger side was extremely rude and unprofessional.. He called me at 12pm(05/04/2022) to tell me they have my purchase and they're going to deliver. They only arrived at 7:30pm in the evening ..7 hours 30min later, how am l suppose to accept delivery at that time, how do they expect me to check the furniture out in the dark, how do you expect me to do all that and ontop of that l had to wait all those hours for an unreliable delivery?. They were not apologetic and he had the nerve to tell me he can even deliver at 10pm in the evening if he wants to, that's really unprofessional.. I paid for the delivery and expect it to be delivered in broad day light, please get back to me urgently as l am not a happy customer.
