Unhappy customer

I'm not really happy with the service from Fair Price Krugersdorp, I made a final payment on the 27th of March 2025 (Thursday) thinking that I'll be giving them enough time to prepare my purchase and asked for the delivery to be on the 31st of March 2025 and it should be before 14:00 as I also have other things to do. Today the 31st I called in the morning to check and I was told that the delivery will be delayed and said it's but can they please not be too late. I now called again and was give the delivery guy numbers and doesn't answer his phone and what I hate is it's now 16:20 and no one cares even the store
