Unhappy client

I ordered a tv stand on 1September 2020 until now now word from them . I paid and told them i will come and collect when you have brought it in store since they had said they keep in their warehouse. i ordered my tv at a different place but it was dilivered long time ago . I phoned Fair price Silverton but said we will contact you when the tvs stand arrives. Very bad service and unprofessional.
