UNFINISHED WARDROBE

On the 9th Jan I bought a wardrobe at Fair Price Sam Ntuli Mall it was delivered on the 11th and installed however the bouts for the rail were not included and the guy putting up the wardrobe said he will come later he didn't I have been going to the store everyday asking when it will be fixed as I cant hang things up in the wardrobe as the hanging rail is not up. The staff at Sam Ntuli always calls the warehouse when I am there however they don't get assistance as they are promised it will be send even now. I am so disappointed and frustrated as I get no feedback always
