Unfair Treatment

This store will always give you one problem after the other and when you try to address it with them they either transfer you to a line that will not be answered or they will not answer the call themselves at all. I bought a 34 liter defy grill microwave from them end of January 2019 and it tripped the electricity at my house and stopped working. Now that I have to take it back for repairs they giving me the run around. They are not taking my calls. I will go to the nearest store and they will tell me they cannot take the microwave because they do not have parking for the repair guys to park their car when the microwave to be picked up. They however have parking for the deliveries to made and will cause traffic there if necessary but do not have parking for one microwave to be picked up. I have a problem with my TV stand before with them and now my microwave. Should have known to stay away from them the first time.
