Undelivered order within the agreed period with no valid answer from the store

I placed an online order on the 8th of August 2023 but was recorded as the 9th. Their service agreement/promise is that goods will be delivered between 7 to 21 days. Till to date, I have not received the order and i'm the only one who is initiating communication from my side with regards to what might be the delay. The only answer I'm received was that it was going to take an additional month to deliver because there's no stock yet the same products are being advertised on different platforms and different stores. From the last email i sent(From a guy named Melusi), the response was that he wanted to offer me a different product and when I asked if i'll be liable for additional fees, he went aowal. This morning I tried to phone in but there seems to be connection problems as the person who answered could not hear anything I was saying. Order no: 614945
