Unable to buy

My name is Lydia Makudube. I have been at Fair price Evaton since Saturday 22/04 requesting to buy a Quarter mattress and Mr Ngubane Fumane said that they don't keep the stock they order from the warehouse. And there was no delivery car because I wanted to buy cash. Then I asked if they cater for cash paying customers and he said yes. I went to the store again today 22/04 he was still telling me the same thing without any alternative or solution. For me it felt like Fair Price don't care for cash paying customers or they don't want to service me. Kindly assist my Contact number ***
