Two weeks after a purchase and no delivery

On the 24th of November I had sent my mother to Fair price at Baragwanath near Builders to purchase a coach for me, of course she did. Monday the 27th I contacted the store to enquire as to when the item would be delivered the sales man Z Magome advised me that within 7 working days. Its been past the 7 days and the store is not answering the phone nor taking my complaint serious. When I had contacted the store I had asked if I can collect the item but the salesman abruptly interrupted me while I was still speaking and said NO. Clearly this was so they could get a delivery fee out of me, of which I did pay. I mean honestly why not let me fetch my furniture that I have paid for either than letting me sit on the floor and wait around for them. THE SERVICE AT THE STORE IS HORRID AND THEY COULDN'T GIVE A ****!!!!!
