tv stand bought missing part

I bought a TV Stand with a mount in Sept. When I got home there was a part missing on the mount. I then phoned fair price and they put me through to Tumi. Who then promised to keep me updated and order the missing part. Till now more than a month later still haven't received feedback<br> I can't even mount my plasma TV on the stand.
