Tribalism,unfair customer treatment,disrespect for clients.

Bought dining furniture from the outlet in Witbank and was told that i can not do a cash and carry transaction. I was told the furniture would be delivered by the warehouse transport and its a non negotiable procedure. Then they decided to deliver the items on a Sunday while i was not home. After my absence they returned the items to the warehouse. Till today i have not received the goods,i went to the store and they told me they have arranged an emergency delivery with the warehouse manager but nothing has been delivered. To my surprise when i went to the shop i overheard the manager promising a customer a speedy delivery process all because the customers sons are coming back from initiation school. The manager promised to make sure that their items will be delivered the following day or two as she would personally influence the warehouse manager to deliver. Thus failing to deal with my crisis.
