Trash customer service

I have made a purchase of a wardrobe and kitchen unit at Fair Price Noetham On the 19th of October 2024 and I was told it wil be delivered after 7 days of purchase which didnt make sense to me but I didnt have a problem with that at the time .I have been patiently waiting for the delivery of my items however nothing has been communicated with me since the day of purchase. I have been calling the branch with no luck ,tiday i was told that my kitchen unit is still being built at the warehouse and if i didnt call i wouldn't have known all this information. Such poor customer service for a well-established business is unacceptable and ridiculously unbelievable. It's been more than 3 weeks now, and as frustrated as I am, my purchase has not yet been delivered.

I spent the whole weekend searching for headoffice numbers on the internet and there's nothing it clearly shows that the company doesn't care about their clients.
