Transport fee

I went to the Alexandra store to purchase a stove which they say they don’t have in store and it’s only at the warehouse and I should pay a transport fee on top of the purchase price for them to move the goods,I told them I have my own transport why can’t they deliver to the shop and I’ll pick it up myself and they failed to answer me.
