Torn reject of a bed i bought at fair price in daveyton..no one wants to account

Good day I bought a bed at fair price in daveyton the bed got torn within 5months of purchase ì reported in store ...they now telling me about 7days policy but when ì bought nothing was said about the 7days policy The manager was very rude and the staff members referred me to the head office...the very same head office that is supposed to be helping with this reject of a bed is also taking me for granted and not even helping their office number will ring for days with no answer.. Clearly at fair price customers are not important only the money we bringing is more important..it is also clear that for this manager to be this rude the head office is allowing it because they are one and the same thing
