Torn couch

I bought a couch at fairprice the delivery guys unfortunately damaged the couch when I call the store calls are rejected emails are not responded on Facebook they just ask you to call the store where as they know you will not get assistance and I did pay for the couch cash. I was looking forward to shopping there but their incompetency turned me off. Can they kindly reply to my email or call me on ***
