Good day sir it's tshepo from potchefstroom please help me..I bought washing machine at fair price on 25th September 2025 and they deliver it on 26th and after three days I wanted to do washen only to find out they send me broken machines.water is leak under..so I went to report it then they send me a technician to have a look ..then the technician told me this machine is broke it's a factory damaged ...and the rep of defy and people of head office they don't wanna help me ..they saying it costumer negligence..I haven't use the machine yet but they telling me it's costumer negligence...please help me I got the paper.
