<p>I have never received such bad service ever. I recently moved in a new place on the 1st of Oct 2016 in cosmo city and I went to a fair price store in cosmo city on the very same day to buy a bed and fridge that I don't have. I was told that delivery will take place in 48 hours of purchasing the items. I made alternative arrangements of accomodation avoiding to sleep on the floor. I payed cash for the items and the delivery of course. On the 4th of Oct I received a call from the sales person who assisted me advising me that the bed is out of stock so delivery cannot take place seeing the that items purchased are not all there. Had no choice but to sleep on the floor since the 4th because I was told that delivery will be today the 10th. I even called the store just to confirm that delivery will take place today and was given assurance. It's a few minutes before 8pm today and guess what I'm still fridge less and bed less and am gonna spend another night sleeping on the floor and have no fridge to put my goods in. I even found myself checking you out on hello peter and the complaints there showed me I really made a bad decision walking in your stores on that very first day. Is this the kind of service that you give to people. You are inconsiderate and I will never ever buy anything from you again and I'll make sure that none of my family members, friends and colleagues, neighbours even strangers will buy from your stores again. I advise everyone who's following ur page to go on hello peter before even attempting to buy from you.... As I fix my blankets on the floor to try and get some sleep.
