THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY !!

They love taking your money but you're lucky if you receive your products on time , if at all!! I purchased a fridge. 5 days later I am still waiting for my fridge or any communication as to where it is. The site tells me to "Sit tight! We're picking & packing" . I called over 12 times for the day & seem to be speaking to the same 2 people every time despite choosing different departments on the automated system. When I eventually got through , The one lady tells me it will be delivered tomorrow & when I asked her for a reference number for the call , she advised that she could not give me one & that she is now unsure if I will receive my package tomorrow. Every time I ask a question to help me make sense of the situation & what is causing the delay .. there are 2-3 other people whispering at the back & she only responds once they have finished talking. The other lady has just taking my number 3 times & told me someone will get back to me .

This is absolutely disgusting. To play with peoples time & money like this is sickening. I have requested a refund but was told it would take 10 to 14 days & its a lengthy process. These people have no regard for anyone. Their main focus is just taking money . I truly regret ever purchasing from this place!! Nothing but a nightmare
