They damaged my sofa during delivery

I bought a sofa on 5/ 02 they delivery came during my absent. The delivery guys damaged it and left it at the door blocking the door. They we having a bed attitude telling the land lord that they are in a hurry is Saturday they want to go and drink alcohol. Putting sofa in the house is wasting their time. When I came back I found it outside and damaged. I went to the store they told me is not their responsibility is for drivers. They said they don't even trust me if I'm right. They said is me who damaged it. Since I'm waiting for drivers to respond they did nothing.
