They are wasting and fooling around with people's time

Me and my husband went to the store at Alexandra Wynberg and we payed full for a TV stand and a home theater the date was on the 3-12-2017 and we were told that we will get our goods in 7 days that was surprising since it was not the first time we buy furniture from them we agreed that its fine we will wait for 7 days, On the 13 my husband called the store to find out how far are they with the delivery since we are on the 10th day and he was told that they are going to check with the ware house and someone will give him a call asap, since he was on lunch break from work he left and again today no phone call no delivery , He went to the store again and they just made copies on the slips and told him they will give him a call that was at 1 pm , No feedback until he went to the store again at 5 PM to demand a refund them he was told that he must wait until they have the amount he paid they will give him a call to come collect the money. They take people for a ride and they don't keep their promises i will never buy from that store again m***m disgusted with the poor service.
