the worse service ever, they are not to be trusted. Never buy at fair price anymore.

I have order furniture from Fair Price on 2024-02-27 online. According to their websites delivery is within 7 to 21 working days from date of purchase. Its been over 21 days and have not yet receive any communication regarding my delivery.

I have contacted *** and ***. I have sent email to *** and ***: sent on 12 March 2024 at 12:20 and also 04 March 2024 at 20:20 with a Invoice/order number as a subject. They are not answering any of the numbers and not replying to any of my emails, they don't even acknowledge they have received my email.

I even went to one of the stores that is on Market Street, they also couldn't help because they also can't get through the support center.

At this point I am beyond frustrated and I can't believe that I am being ****med by Fair Price. I am emotionally drained by the lack of communication, lack of customer centric. I want my order to be delivered by end of business day today
