The service we received from store after we bought the gas stove it was terrible.

I bought gas stove from the mentioned furniture store on the 28th December 2021. The store never gave us instruction how the stove operates and on the day of the delivery no one showed me how the stove operates. I tried to connect the stove and failed. I tried to call them several times asking them to send someone who can show me how the stove operates. On the 3rd and 4th of January me and my fiance called the store and spoke to the lady called Mmaphefo. She promised to assist us with the stove and send the video that will show them how the stove operates. She sends the video which shows what we were doing, and it did not help. On the 12th of January 2022 my fiance went to the store to try to get assistance with stove and we spoke to Koketso who promise to come and assist us with the stove. Koketso promised to come to our house on Sunday 16th but never show up. My fiance called him to remind him about the arrangement and Koketso responded that he has family matters to attend, and he won’t be able to come. My fiance and Koketso arranged for the following Sunday 23rd January to meet so they can resolve the problem but Koketso on the day 23rd January told my fiance that he won’t come and told my fiance that he rather come to the store to be assisted. My fiance spoke to Mmaphefo on 23rd January via WhatsApp message and she told him that on 24th January she will make a plan that the issue gets resolved.
