The PIN system at Fair price is a ****...I bought a Hi-sense fridge at Fair price Eyethu mall on the 10/06/2021, on the 11/06/2021 the driver delivered the fridge 10pm,the fridge had scratches and as advised by the sales rep I refused to give the pin to the driver,he insisted that I accept the fridge as the scratches were not too bad and they would deduct the whole amount from his salary if he returns the fridge,it was very late and I needed to sleep,the driver said he would speak to his boss and see what they can do,I gave him an incorrect number as the delivery PIN as I knew that giving him the PIN would mean I am happy with the fridge of which I was not not.The next day I get a call from lady saying she is calling from the warehouse and she wants the PIN, I then referred her to the driver as the instruction was to give the driver the PIN,the store called me and I explained to them what happened,I was advised to come int the store with pictures showing the scratches and I did that,2 days later the store calls and tells me the driver has the right PIN and his paper work has been submitted ...to this day I am sitting with a fridge I cannot use after I paid so much money for it and I am not getting any feedback/response from the store manager Simon.
