The most despicable shop ever- fair price Polokwane Jorrisen street

Bought a bed on the 12th of November at fair price, collected the bed on the 14th, using my own transportation because the ones outside the shop were expensive,upon my arrival at home I opened it on the 16th of November only to find that, the mattress is tearing up and the base has needles popping up. I did what a normal consumer would do, call the store in Polokwane Jorrisen street, they told me to bring the slip along with pictures- mind you I am using my own petrol for these up and downs.The lady there by the name of Masingita was very curt, to an extend!!!! Now I need to bring the bed back to the store, and pay more transport fee, why is it at my expense because it’s their factory fault that their bed was damaged, so I suggested that they should make means to check the bed since it’s their fault, called head office, lady answered and Indian lady and I am appalled at how she treats her consumers that bring cash, very very very rude woman- took my number said they will call me back, fair price must come take their bed at my home and bring me a new one, simple as that or reimburse me my money with immediate effect.
