Thank You Fair Price

A SUPER shout-out to Fair Price, specifically the guys that deal with online orders. I had an issue with my order where the website errored on payment (money was deducted but there was no confirmation of the order). I called support this morning around 10h48am and was advised to email the screenshot of the error to helpdesk. They were very quick to respond and I got a call back at 11h17am to confirm they received the order successfully, issue was resolved :)

A HUGE HUGE THANKS to the guy who helped me. I forgot to ask for the name but the email I got had this name "Ebrahim Hashim Fakir". Thanks a ton for the wonderful, speedy service.
