TERRIBLE SERVICE - You don’t even deserve ONE STAR – highly unrecommend.

I have emailed, no response. I have called no response.

My order status keeps changing, picking, and packing, at warehouse, order received. Once they received your money, they don’t care about assisting you, its like they vanish into think air! Eventually after how long awaiting my order, the driver calls me 5 times from the morning to say his on his way, by 10pm the evening his still on his way. And never pitches up, when you call them back, the phone is on voice mail. Spend a day off at work, for nothing. Then you get called stating they are at your address with your delivery, and need to be there immediately to receive it, that means leaving work or wherever you are, at the drop of a hat.

I ordered a fan – it sounds like a helicopter, looks like the thing will fall apert at any time! Waste of money, time, and energy! Why do they give you a delivery date option, but they don’t stick to it. Pathetic service from Fair Price Online, I will never order from them again nor recommend them.
