Terrible service with no communication with clients

Fair price I've been their customer for long. I recently bought a 3 door panel walldrobe Nara. Told its not in stocks but a week will be sorted. Since beginning of this month, till today. We called yet they don't even bother to contact us as clients to update us. What a terrible service this company.
