Terrible service on top of no delivery

The service at your Potchefstroom branch managed by Noma Mathongwane is atrocious! They are disrespectful towards customers and make it clear that they only want money - what happens after that is none of their concern. They are dishonest and not transparent in their dealings. We bought a tv display unit on 9 December 2017 and we're told to wait 72hrs for delivery, which was unfulfilled. After seven more days, still no delivery. We then went to enquire and the sales person said it would arrive the next day. Today, 3 January 2018, we got to the store and explained our dissatisfaction only to be told the sales person was on leave, the store manager Noma was out on an errand, and the cashier could not refund us, neither could they allow us to take the cabinet on display. The branch should either be closed or restaffed. I'd also advise you get some customer service training
