Terrible service

I have a bad experience regarding this shop. I did a lay bye in 2023 and payed it up 2024. Worst scenario , they delivered the item however it was incorrect from what i requested during laybye. I went to the store and i was told to pay R500 extra due to the fact that these items differ with prices of which it was not a problem. My biggest worry is that the store doesnt want to deliver the item at their cost but i should pay for delivery yet i payed for the first one. Meaning i need to pop another R300 for them to deliver my item, in total its R600. This is so unfair!! I need fair price to deliver the wardrobe at their cost.
