Terrible service Fair price Randfontein

I have never experienced such bad service from any furniture store. On Friday the 13th of September I bought a desk from Fair Price in Randfontein Main Street. I was promised that I would receive the desk either the Saturday or latest Monday the 16th of September. I phone daily without any luck. Every day they promise to phone me back, which never happen. Today is the 19th and I still not have my desk. Again, I was promised this morning that they will phone me as they are waiting for the warehouse. Disgusting service, why is service non existing in South Africa. I am furious.
