terrible service ever

i went to buy a bed and wardrobe 3weeks back at fairprice landros mare street polokwane and i have been waiting for the delivery and it never came and no one bothered to call me and update me about the delay. today i called them and they told me that the wardrope is not assembled yet they only starting to build it today and when i ask them to give me my delivery money so i can get someone to collect the bed they say the system does not allow them to do that. how can i wait for 3 weeks while they promised to deliver in 3 days
