Terrible service by Fair Price

My mother bought a wardrobe from Fair price. Paid for it in cash. The wardrobe arrived in boxes and they left it just like that. The customer service is non existent, the number just rings with no response when they eventually answered they promised to call back with a solution. This has not happened. To add salt to the wound the instructions for the wardrobe are in a foreign language.
