Terrible Service at Fairprice Festival Mall

I bought a wardrobe from Fairprice Festival Mall Kempton Park on 24 November 2019 and I was told that they will send someone to assemble it within 7-14 days. I have been calling and getting promises to a point that I even went to the store but am not getting any assistance. Today is a full month since I bought it and I am sitting with boxes in my house with no one willing to help. I keep getting promises, I wait for the assembler but no one arrives.I
